In this energetic role, you will lead activities, foster positive interactions, and support children&rsquo;s growth through fun, educational, and developmental programs. Get ready to inspire, motivate, and create lasting memories in a dynamic summer environment!Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and facilitate a variety of camp activities including tumbling, jump class, stretching, routine building and more!</li><li>Maintain a safe environment by supervising children during all activities, ensuring proper behavior management and adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Provide first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any medical or behavioral incidents in accordance with camp policies.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with campers by encouraging teamwork, respect, and good sportsmanship through effective classroom management techniques.</li><li>Collaborate with fellow staff members to plan daily schedules, organize events, and ensure smooth operation of all camp programs.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding camper progress or concerns while maintaining confidentiality.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, tutoring, babysitting, or camp environments is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies to support diverse needs.</li><li>Experience in sports coaching and/or childcare roles demonstrates your ability to lead engaging activities confidently.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills.
