Premier Choice Insurance is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who wants more than just a job. We are looking for someone who thinks like an advisor, takes ownership of their accounts, and is willing to step up, solve problems, and help our clients navigate an ever-changing insurance market.What You'll Do<ul><li>Manage a book of commercial clients and provide exceptional day-to-day service.</li><li>Work closely with producers during renewals, remarketing, and coverage reviews.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers to negotiate competitive terms for clients.</li><li>Review policies for accuracy and identify coverage gaps or additional opportunities.</li><li>Assist clients with policy changes, certificates, claims support, and coverage questions.</li><li>Help retain and grow accounts by delivering outstanding service and building trust.</li><li>Support producers and serve as a trusted resource for both clients and team members.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.</li><li>Active Arizona Property &amp; Casualty License required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Commercial Auto, General Liability, BOP, Property, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, Cyber, and related coverages.</li><li>Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic is a plus.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and carriers.</li><li>Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.</li></ul>Who Will Succeed HereThe people who do well at Premier Choice are the ones who are dependable, resourceful, and willing to step outside their comfort zone.
