Commercial Account Manager

Premier Choice Insurance is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who wants more than just a job. This is not a position where you simply process paperwork. We are looking for someone who thinks like an advisor, takes ownership of their accounts, and is willing to step up, solve problems, and help our clients navigate an ever-changing insurance market.

What You'll Do

• Manage a book of commercial clients and provide exceptional day-to-day service.
• Work closely with producers during renewals, remarketing, and coverage reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers to negotiate competitive terms for clients.
• Review policies for accuracy and identify coverage gaps or additional opportunities.
• Assist clients with policy changes, certificates, claims support, and coverage questions.
• Help retain and grow accounts by delivering outstanding service and building trust.
• Support producers and serve as a trusted resource for both clients and team members.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Active Arizona Property & Casualty License required.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Auto, General Liability, BOP, Property, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, Cyber, and related coverages.
• Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and carriers.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
