In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes through mowing, trimming, planting, and general grounds care. Your expertise will ensure outdoor spaces are vibrant, safe, and inviting, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of commercial or residential properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment while applying your skills in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.(Opportunity for year round work with Snow Removal!!!)Duties<ul><li>Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters, and other grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently to keep landscapes well-manicured and healthy</li><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to promote plant health and aesthetic appeal</li><li>Maintenance of mowers and equipment, such as cleaning, greasing, blade sharpening and oil changes.</li><li>Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries</li><li>Assist with seasonal clean-up projects such as leaf removal, debris clearing, and preparing landscapes for different weather conditions</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, pruning, and planting.</li><li>Familiarity with hand tools (shears, shovels), power tools (trimmers, blowers), and grounds equipment operation is essential</li><li>Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment repair or troubleshooting is a plus</li><li>Understanding of plant identification and horticulture principles to support healthy landscape growth</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid drivers license and must be insurable on company policy.</li><li>Must be able to ride Stand-On Mower and use Walk Behind equipment.</li><li>Must be able to lift 75 lbs.</li></ul>Join us today to help create stunning landscapes that inspire pride and joy!Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourWork Location: In person
