Our team takes pride in maintaining a strong community presence while helping clients make confident and informed real estate decisions.Managing BrokerDuties:<ul><li>Supervise daily brokerage activities and ensure compliance with the Mississippi Real Estate Commission&rsquo;s rules and regulations.</li><li>Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents to support professional growth and productivity.</li><li>Review contracts and transactions for accuracy and legal compliance.</li><li>Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational excellence.</li><li>Foster a positive, collaborative, and ethical company culture.</li><li>Represent Premier Living Realty in the community, building relationships that strengthen the company&rsquo;s visibility and reputation.</li><li>Monitor market trends and provide strategic input on business growth and expansion opportunities.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for risk management and dispute resolution.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Active Mississippi Real Estate Broker&rsquo;s License (required).</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of real estate experience; prior management or leadership experience preferred.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Mississippi real estate laws and regulations.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple agents and transactions effectively.</li><li>Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and community engagement.</li></ul>Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
