Managing Broker

Duties:

• Supervise daily brokerage activities and ensure compliance with the Mississippi Real Estate Commission’s rules and regulations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents to support professional growth and productivity.
• Review contracts and transactions for accuracy and legal compliance.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational excellence.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and ethical company culture.
• Represent Premier Living Realty in the community, building relationships that strengthen the company’s visibility and reputation.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic input on business growth and expansion opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for risk management and dispute resolution.

Qualifications:

• Active Mississippi Real Estate Broker’s License (required).
• Minimum 3–5 years of real estate experience; prior management or leadership experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Mississippi real estate laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple agents and transactions effectively.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and community engagement.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
