Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Aesthetic Medical Assistant / Patient Coordinator to join our vibrant healthcare team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical assistance with patient engagement, fostering positive experiences that promote patient satisfaction and loyalty.Duties<ul><li>Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a smooth patient flow</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and assist providers during aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies</li><li>Collect comprehensive patient histories, perform vital signs assessments, and document medical information accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems</li><li>Educate patients on treatment options, post-care instructions, and answer questions to enhance understanding and comfort</li><li>Support clinical staff with medication administration, basic physiology explanations, and monitoring patient responses after procedures</li><li>Manage patient intake processes including ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), insurance verification and scheduling follow-up appointments</li><li>Maintain clinic cleanliness, organize supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety , HIPPA standards in a aesthetic environment</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures, skin to effectively support aesthetic treatments</li><li>Proficiency in medical support tasks such as appointment scheduling ,and follow up ,</li><li>Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations</li><li>Understanding of medical terminology related to aesthetics .</li><li>Ability to perform vital signs assessments accurately and handle intake procedures efficiently</li><li>Knowledge of aesthetic procedures</li></ul>Join us in delivering exceptional aesthetic care while making a meaningful difference in our patients&rsquo; lives!
