Aesthetic Medical Assistant / Patient Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Aesthetic Medical Assistant / Patient Coordinator to join our vibrant healthcare team. Duties

• Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a smooth patient flow
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and assist providers during aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies
• Collect comprehensive patient histories, perform vital signs assessments, and document medical information accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Educate patients on treatment options, post-care instructions, and answer questions to enhance understanding and comfort
• Support clinical staff with medication administration, basic physiology explanations, and monitoring patient responses after procedures
• Manage patient intake processes including ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), insurance verification and scheduling follow-up appointments
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, organize supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety , HIPPA standards in a aesthetic environment

Skills

• Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures, skin to effectively support aesthetic treatments
• Proficiency in medical support tasks such as appointment scheduling ,and follow up ,
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations
• Understanding of medical terminology related to aesthetics .
• Ability to perform vital signs assessments accurately and handle intake procedures efficiently
• Knowledge of aesthetic procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
