This role is ideal for self-driven individuals who are passionate about sales and design.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for their dream pool.</li><li>Design custom pools that align with clients&rsquo; visions using cutting-edge tools and technologies.</li><li>Present and sell designs to clients, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial consultation to closing.</li><li>Manage leads and sales through phone calls, emails, and video conferences.</li><li>Follow up with prospects to ensure smooth transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Stay informed on industry trends and the latest pool design innovations.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>DRAW Against Commission $500/week During Training</li><li>Commission-based pay with uncapped earnings potential.</li><li>Opportunity to make well over 100k in this position plus, freedom of great work/life balance.</li><li>We provide the leads - no cold calling.
