Overview:As a Sales Consultant & Pool Designer, you’ll engage with clients to create personalized pool designs that meet their vision and budget. This role is ideal for self-driven individuals who are passionate about sales and design.

What You’ll Do:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for their dream pool.
• Design custom pools that align with clients’ visions using cutting-edge tools and technologies.
• Present and sell designs to clients, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial consultation to closing.
• Manage leads and sales through phone calls, emails, and video conferences.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure smooth transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends and the latest pool design innovations.

What We Offer:

• DRAW Against Commission $500/week During Training
• Commission-based pay with uncapped earnings potential.

• We provide the leads - no cold calling. Territory spans from Southern Hillsborough County to Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
• First-year salary ranging from $80,000 to $150,000, with top earners making significantly more.
