The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of materials, coordinating inspection and logistics, and managing expediting activities. This role includes leading project teams, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring compliance with all project specifications and standards.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Assist senior project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.&middot; Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.&middot; Create and maintain project documentation, including project charter, scope, and requirements documentation.&middot; Facilitate project team meetings and communication, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes&middot; Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring that they are assigned and used efficiently.&middot; Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate to senior management where necessary.Qualifications<ul><li>Experience and skills in project schedules and team management</li><li>Expediting and Expeditor experience for timely delivery of materials</li><li>Inspection and Logistics Management skills for coordinating and overseeing project logistics</li><li>Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as a part of team</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering discipline ( Civil engineer preferred)</li><li>Possession of a certification in Project Management such as PMP is a plus</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience is necessary.</li><li>Experience in the construction or leisure industry is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>0 months: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>PMP (Required)</li></ul>

AccountantLocation: Kingdom of BahrainJob Type: Full timeHiring type: Locally available onlyJob DescriptionRoles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.</li><li>Record financial transactions in the accounting system accurately and timely.</li><li>Preparing Customer Invoices timely and accurately.</li><li>Follow-up with customer for payment.</li><li>Preparing journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.</li><li>Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.</li><li>Recording of petty Cash and doing petty cash custody reconciliation.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.</li><li>Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Assist in VAT Filing.</li><li>Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Senior Accountant.</li></ul>The Successful Applicant<ul><li>1-3 years experienced candidate preferred.</li><li>The candidate must be available in Bahrain.</li><li>Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).</li><li>Experience with accounting software (preferably Zoho/Odoo).</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlook ups and pivot tables</li><li>Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills</li><li>BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree</li><li>Proficiency in English (oral and written) is mandatory</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
