Hiring for Performance Marketing Executive Experience: 5-6 yearsResponsibilities:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic and other PPC/paid social channels.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, remarketing, and display advertising campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization dashboards.</li><li>Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing.</li><li>Ability to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve performance KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).</li><li>Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing campaigns is a plus.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong communication and project management abilities to collaborate across teams.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li></ul>Preferred working experience in the fields of hotel booking, real estate, or property management.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
