We are looking for a talented Jr.Digital Marketing Executive to manage our job portal website and drive online promotion through social media. The candidate will be responsible for creating and posting job content, handling website updates, monitoring user engagement, managing social media campaigns, and improving brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update job postings on the company job portal
- Perform website content updates and basic SEO improvements
- Create and publish engaging social media posts for job promotion
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
- Respond to candidate queries and enhance user engagement
- Support email marketing and recruitment promotions
- Track website analytics and report performance metrics
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels
- Assist in creating marketing ideas for better traffic and lead generation
Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management
- Good understanding of job portals, job posting tools, and web CMS
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Social Media Ads is an advantage
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Ability to design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Knowledge of recruitment industry trends is a plus
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Team player with a proactive and creative mindset
