This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketing professional eager to lead a team and make a significant impact in the digital space.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.</li><li>Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns to attract and retain target audiences.</li><li>Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other performance marketing channels to maximize ROI.</li><li>Conduct conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior data through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to enhance landing pages and user journeys.</li><li>Collaborate with design teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to produce compelling visual content that aligns with brand standards.</li><li>Maintain proficiency in WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and technical SEO enhancements.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly; prepare detailed reports to inform strategy adjustments and demonstrate campaign success.</li><li>Lead efforts in marketing automation to streamline workflows, nurture leads through email sequences, and improve overall campaign efficiency.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, emerging social media platforms, and new advertising tools to keep strategies innovative.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience leading digital marketing initiatives within a fast-paced environment; demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns.</li><li>Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Ads Manager, Facebook Advertising Manager, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Expertise in content creation including copywriting for various formats&mdash;blogs, ads, emails&mdash;and graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Technical skills in WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML/CSS coding basics, JavaScript knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights from SQL queries or analytics dashboards to inform decision-making.</li><li>Excellent communication skills coupled with project management abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.</li><li>A proactive attitude with a passion for innovation in digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
