Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns to attract and retain target audiences.
- Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other performance marketing channels to maximize ROI.
- Conduct conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior data through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to enhance landing pages and user journeys.
- Collaborate with design teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to produce compelling visual content that aligns with brand standards.
- Maintain proficiency in WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and technical SEO enhancements.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly; prepare detailed reports to inform strategy adjustments and demonstrate campaign success.
- Lead efforts in marketing automation to streamline workflows, nurture leads through email sequences, and improve overall campaign efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, emerging social media platforms, and new advertising tools to keep strategies innovative.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading digital marketing initiatives within a fast-paced environment; demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Ads Manager, Facebook Advertising Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Expertise in content creation including copywriting for various formats—blogs, ads, emails—and graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe Photoshop.
- Technical skills in WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML/CSS coding basics, JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights from SQL queries or analytics dashboards to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with project management abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
