The ideal candidate will be instrumental in promoting and ensuring a safe working environment across all site activities.</p> Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems and policies specific to site activities.</li> <li>Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, incident reports, and safety plans.</li> <li>Provide training and support to site personnel on safe work practices and emergency response procedures.</li> <li>Monitor adherence to safety protocols, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions as necessary.</li> <li>Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure a proactive approach to health and safety.</li> <li>Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility among site workers through effective communication.</li> <li>Report HSE performance metrics to senior management and recommend improvements to safety programs.</li> </ul>
