Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal climate control, energy efficiency, and system reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to property maintenance and service excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.</li><li>Conduct electrical testing using tools such as ohmmeters to identify faulty components or wiring issues.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical problems involving refrigeration cycles.</li><li>Operate welding equipment for repairs or modifications of HVAC components when necessary.</li><li>Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and reports for all performed tasks.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with construction projects related to HVAC installation or property maintenance.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge of refrigeration cycles and related equipment.</li><li>Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with HVAC design principles is a plus.</li><li>Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing instruments.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Strong field service skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of welding techniques systems relevant to HVAC work.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments requiring physical activity such as lifting heavy equipment or working in confined spaces.</li><li>Proficient in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about maintaining high standards in property maintenance through expert HVAC solutions!
