You will identify areas for transformation and implement proven tactics to modernize the firm while maintaining stability and high performance. Finance and change management must be your strong suite. </li><li>Empathetic Leadership &amp; Cohesion: Lead the leadership team with a high degree of empathy and understanding. You will dismantle silos and facilitate cross-departmental communication, ensuring every leader is empowered to achieve unified firm objectives through trust and collaborative success.</li><li>Strategic Partnership with Ownership: Act as a primary advisor and bridge between the Firm Owners and the broader organization. You will navigate the unique dynamics of ownership-led initiatives, translating personal vision into scalable, sustainable firm standards.</li><li>Organizational Optimization &amp; Knowledge Management: Identify and codify best practices to enhance company workflows and foster a robust knowledge-sharing ecosystem. You will be responsible for elevating professional standards and ensuring the leadership team is equipped to sustain long-term growth.</li><li>Fiscal Stewardship &amp; HR Integration: Again, you will partner closely with the CFO to drive fiscal responsibility and with HR to develop a &quot;culture of excellence&quot;.
