Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Prestige Legal Solutions is seeking a high-caliber Chief Operating Officer (COO) who is a seasoned change agent to lead strategic business management and drive operational transformation across the firm. Ideally possessing a background in high-stakes professional services—such as law firm operations or legal process outsourcing (LPO)—the successful candidate will serve as the strategic linchpin between visionary ownership and operational execution.

This role demands a sophisticated leader who can lead with profound empathy and emotional intelligence while utilizing battle-tested tactics to drive measurable results. As a core member of the executive team, you will not only oversee the end-to-end operations of the firm but also act as the primary architect of organizational cohesion. By partnering closely with the CFO, Dir. of Ops, Legal and HR, you will instill fiscal discipline and cultivate a high-performance culture that thrives on accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Change Management & Transformation: Serve as a veteran change agent, leading the firm through operational evolutions with a steady, experienced hand. You will identify areas for transformation and implement proven tactics to modernize the firm while maintaining stability and high performance. Finance and change management must be your strong suite.
• Empathetic Leadership & Cohesion: Lead the leadership team with a high degree of empathy and understanding. You will dismantle silos and facilitate cross-departmental communication, ensuring every leader is empowered to achieve unified firm objectives through trust and collaborative success.
• Strategic Partnership with Ownership: Act as a primary advisor and bridge between the Firm Owners and the broader organization. You will navigate the unique dynamics of ownership-led initiatives, translating personal vision into scalable, sustainable firm standards.
• Organizational Optimization & Knowledge Management: Identify and codify best practices to enhance company workflows and foster a robust knowledge-sharing ecosystem. You will be responsible for elevating professional standards and ensuring the leadership team is equipped to sustain long-term growth.
• Fiscal Stewardship & HR Integration: Again, you will partner closely with the CFO to drive fiscal responsibility and with HR to develop a "culture of excellence". You will ensure that operational data translates into financial performance and that the firm’s cultural DNA becomes conducive to productivity and talent retention.
• Quality & Risk Management: Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols for translation, interpretation, and transcription to ensure 100% linguistic accuracy and regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions.
