The Legal Coordinator provides organizational and administrative support to the legal department. This role ensures smooth operation of legal processes, assists with compliance requirements, maintains records, and serves as a point of contact between internal teams, outside counsel, and regulatory agencies.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Document Management: Draft, review, and manage legal correspondence, contracts, and agreements.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date files (physical and electronic).</li><li>Compliance Support: Assist in monitoring company policies and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Case &amp; Contract Tracking: Track deadlines, court filings, regulatory submissions, and contract renewals. Maintain calendars and reminders.</li><li>Research: Conduct basic legal and regulatory research as needed to support attorneys or compliance officers.</li><li>Communication &amp; Coordination: Liaise with external counsel, government agencies, and internal departments.</li><li>Facilitate the flow of information and documents.</li><li>Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare reports, process invoices, and support legal team projects.</li><li>Policy &amp; Training Assistance: Help prepare legal presentations, compliance trainings, and policy updates.</li><li>Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive and privileged information at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Fluent in English Prior experience in a legal, compliance, or administrative role preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of legal terminology, processes, and documentation.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining strict confidentiality.</li></ul>Key Competencies: <ul><li>Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong time-management skills Problem-solving mindset Professional judgment and discretion Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills</li></ul>You can directly send your resume to: jayanie@presto.aeJob Type: Full-time
