Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced, independent, highly skilled and technologyproficient Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Virginia.The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services with astrong emphasis on patient focused preventive medicine while leveragingadvanced healthcare technology, including Clinical Decision Support Systems(CDSS), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Teleconsultations, and AI-poweredscribing tools. The nurse practitioner will play a crucial role in deliveringpatient-centered care, improving health outcomes, and enhancing operationalefficiency through innovative digital solutions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.</li><li>Develop and implement personalized preventive care plans, focusing on lifestyle modifications, early disease detection, and risk factor management.</li><li>Utilize Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) to enhance diagnostic accuracy and proactive treatment strategies.</li><li>Implement Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to track and manage patients with chronic conditions, ensuring timely interventions and preventive strategies.</li><li>Assist in teleconsultations to extend access to GPs and Specialists and enhance patient care.</li><li>Leverage AI-driven scribing tools to streamline documentation and optimize clinical workflows, allowing more time for preventive health discussions.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated, preventive, and patient-centered care.</li><li>Educate patients on preventive healthcare strategies, including nutrition, exercise, vaccinations, and regular screenings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards while handling patient data and using digital health tools.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, telemedicine, and digital health technologies to improve preventive care delivery.</li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing preventive care strategies and improving patient outcomes.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Board-certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine or a related specialty.</li><li>BLS required, ACLS preferred</li><li>Active Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain one).</li><li>Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR), Clinical Decision</li><li>Support Systems (CDSS), and AI-assisted documentation tools.</li><li>Experience with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring platforms is preferred.</li><li>Strong commitment to preventive medicine, patient-centered care, and evidence-based practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare technologies and workflows.</li><li>Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and data security protocols.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Performance-based incentives.</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance.</li><li>Paid time off (PTO) and CME allowance.</li><li>401(k) retirement plan with employer match post probationary period as per company policy.</li><li>Access to cutting-edge healthcare technology and continuous professional development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What would be your notice period to join ?</li><li>Please mention your salary expectations</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Burke, VA 22015 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
