Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, independent, highly skilled and technology
proficient Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Virginia.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services with a
strong emphasis on patient focused preventive medicine while leveraging
advanced healthcare technology, including Clinical Decision Support Systems
(CDSS), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Teleconsultations, and AI-powered
scribing tools. The nurse practitioner will play a crucial role in delivering
patient-centered care, improving health outcomes, and enhancing operational
efficiency through innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
- Develop and implement personalized preventive care plans, focusing on lifestyle modifications, early disease detection, and risk factor management.
- Utilize Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) to enhance diagnostic accuracy and proactive treatment strategies.
- Implement Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to track and manage patients with chronic conditions, ensuring timely interventions and preventive strategies.
- Assist in teleconsultations to extend access to GPs and Specialists and enhance patient care.
- Leverage AI-driven scribing tools to streamline documentation and optimize clinical workflows, allowing more time for preventive health discussions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated, preventive, and patient-centered care.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare strategies, including nutrition, exercise, vaccinations, and regular screenings.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards while handling patient data and using digital health tools.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, telemedicine, and digital health technologies to improve preventive care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing preventive care strategies and improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
- BLS required, ACLS preferred
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR), Clinical Decision
- Support Systems (CDSS), and AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Experience with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring platforms is preferred.
- Strong commitment to preventive medicine, patient-centered care, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare technologies and workflows.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and data security protocols.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
