Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. Your expertise will support a wide range of medical services, including acute and chronic care, specialty treatments, and preventive health initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and patient-centered care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to establish accurate diagnoses.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.</li><li>Administer medications, including injections and following established protocols and safety standards.</li><li>Manage patient care across various settings including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, and telehealth platforms.</li><li>Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and medical records management.</li><li>Coordinate with specialists for diagnostic evaluations like sonography or medical imaging and participate in clinical research projects to advance evidence-based practices.</li><li>Provide education on health coaching, disease management, nutrition, family planning, and post-acute discharge planning.</li><li>Engage in triage activities to prioritize urgent cases in emergency medicine or urgent care environments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining accurate medical documentation and coding using CPT, ICD-10/ICD-9 standards.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, behavioral health, hospice &amp; palliative medicine, and individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care needs.</li><li>Strong proficiency in EMR/EHR systems familiarity with medical imaging and laboratory experience is a plus.</li><li>Expertise in performing procedures like suturing, phlebotomy, venipuncture, catheter care, sterile processing techniques, and airway management.</li><li>Knowledge of acute pain management strategies and infectious disease care protocols.</li><li>Skilled in medication administration including injections and IV insertions; experienced in CPT coding for billing purposes.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for patient education and case management; adept at working within multidisciplinary teams across outpatient or inpatient settings.</li><li>Familiarity with Workers' Compensation law and utilization review processes; experience with telehealth services is advantageous.</li><li>Join us to make a meaningful difference by providing innovative healthcare solutions that enhance lives every day!</li></ul>Pay: $127,000.00 - $147,680.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
