We are a growing, collaborative group practice focused on coordinated, high-quality mental health care across disciplines.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide outpatient psychiatric services while offering clinical input as we expand our psychiatry offerings.This is an opportunity to step into a flexible, well-supported environment with strong earning potential and the ability to shape psychiatric services without administrative burden.Compensation<ul><li>70% fee-for-service revenue</li><li>Additional 10% revenue for supervising Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants</li><li>$2,500 Program Development Stipend for initial review, input, and approval of clinical workflows and documentation</li></ul>Earning potential is highly variable based on caseload, with many providers exceeding $200,000+ annually.What We Provide<ul><li>Full administrative support (scheduling, intake coordination)</li><li>In-house billing and collections</li><li>Established referral base</li><li>EHR with e-prescribing capabilities</li><li>Flexible scheduling (in-person and/or telehealth)</li><li>Collaborative, team-based care environment</li></ul>Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments</li><li>Develop and manage individualized treatment plans</li><li>Provide medication management and follow-up care</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards</li><li>Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure coordinated care</li><li>Utilize telehealth platforms as appropriate</li></ul>Program Development (Limited Scope)<ul><li>Review and approve existing templates, workflows, and documentation</li><li>Provide clinical input on psychiatric service delivery</li><li>Offer guidance on best practices as services expand</li></ul>Administrative team will support implementation and operational setup.Qualifications<ul><li>MD or DO with specialization in Psychiatry</li><li>Active and unrestricted medical license (Michigan)</li><li>DEA license (or ability to obtain)</li><li>Experience with outpatient psychiatric care preferred</li><li>Comfort with telehealth platforms</li><li>Strong clinical and communication skills</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Flexible, self-determined schedule</li><li>Part-time or full-time options available</li><li>No required minimum caseload</li></ul>Pay: $180,000.00 - $350,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Plymouth, MI 48170
