Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscaping Crew Manager to lead our landscaping team in delivering exceptional outdoor spaces. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about horticulture and leadership, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact on outdoor landscapes.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of landscaping crew members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards</li><li>Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of landscape maintenance, construction, and gardening projects</li><li>Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation and repairs, and tree care</li><li>Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently across all job sites to maintain a secure working environment</li><li>Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets company standards and client specifications</li><li>Manage equipment usage and maintenance to maximize productivity and safety</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to coordinate project details and address any issues promptly</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a focus on supervising teams</li><li>Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, garden design, irrigation systems, construction techniques, and tree care</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide crew members toward shared goals</li><li>Familiarity with gardening tools, landscaping equipment, and maintenance procedures</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment</li><li>Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and outdoor work environments</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot issues related to irrigation systems or landscape problems quickly and effectively</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re ready to lead a passionate team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
