 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant with extensive experience working exclusively within law firms and a strong background in litigation exceeding 15 years. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in UAE court procedures and a proven record of managing complex litigation matters.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Handle a wide range of litigation cases.
 
 
 &bull; Draft legal memoranda, case files, pleadings, and other court-related submissions.
 
 
 &bull; Advise clients on litigation strategies, case merits, and potential legal risks.
 
 
 &bull; Conduct thorough legal research and maintain awareness of new laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with internal legal teams to ensure consistency and quality in case handling.
 
 
 &bull; Uphold the firm&rsquo;s standards of professionalism and maintain excellent client communication.
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law from a recognized university (Master&rsquo;s degree is an advantage).
 
 
 &bull; Minimum of 15 years of litigation experience gained exclusively through law firms.
 
 
 &bull; Comprehensive knowledge of UAE litigation procedures, court systems, and legal drafting.
 
 
 &bull; Strong command of Arabic and English (both written and spoken) English proficiency is mandatory for this role.
 
 
 &bull; Exceptional analytical, and organizational skills.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to manage cases independently and meet tight deadlines.
