 Position Overview:
 
 
 We are looking for an&nbsp;
 
 Experienced Truck Dispatcher
 
 &nbsp;to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the U.S. freight market, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple trucks and loads efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a&nbsp;

 &nbsp;and is passionate about helping carriers and owner-operators maximize profitability.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate and schedule loads for trucks across multiple states.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate daily with drivers, carriers, and brokers to ensure on-time deliveries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers to maximize revenue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor freight movement, track shipments, and handle any delays or issues proactively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of loads, dispatch details, and performance reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated with market conditions, lane rates, and transportation trends.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3+ years of experience
 
 &nbsp;in truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or logistics operations (U.S. market preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of&nbsp;
 
 DAT, Truckstop, or other load boards
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent&nbsp;
 
 communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple drivers simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in&nbsp;
 
 Google Sheets, Excel, or TMS systems
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
 </li>
