The Freight Forwarding Operations Assistant is responsible for coordinating all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including liaison with international agents, managing customer communications, and ensuring timely and accurate job closure. The role requires close coordination with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery, documentation accuracy, and customer satisfaction.1. International Agent Coordination<ul><li>Communicate and coordinate with overseas agents for shipment details, documentation, and updates.</li><li>Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation standards. Monitor and follow up on cargo movement to ensure timely delivery.</li></ul>2. Customer Coordination<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment updates, documentation, and issue resolution.</li><li>Provide proactive updates and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions in coordination with sales and pricing teams.</li></ul>3. Job Execution &amp; Closing<ul><li>Open, monitor, and close jobs in the freight forwarding system.</li><li>Ensure all operational, documentation, and financial elements are correctly captured and filed.</li><li>Coordinate with finance for billing and ensure job closure in alignment with company SOPs.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare, verify, and submit shipping and customs documentation as per UAE regulations.</li><li>Ensure all records are maintained and audit ready.</li></ul>5. Internal Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with the warehouse, transport, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end service execution.</li><li>Provide inputs for monthly operational reports.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#65020;3,000.00 per month
