Key Responsibilities

Coordination of Transportation and Warehousing: Manage the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery to the correct locations, and oversee warehouse storage, security, and capacity planning to prevent damage or loss.

Supply Chain Optimization: Implement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and streamline processes across procurement, inventory management, and distribution.

Project Planning and Execution: Plan and execute logistics projects, including route optimization, shipment scheduling, and resource allocation.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Address logistical challenges such as delays, capacity constraints, or inventory shortages through strategic solutions.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

Leadership and Mentorship: For senior roles, lead logistics teams, provide guidance, training, and performance management.

Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and adopt new technologies to enhance operational performance.

Technical and Customer-Facing Tasks: Manage logistics software, track shipments, and communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
