Job Title: BD Lead &ndash; Medical Billing (RCM) Job Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift (as per U.S. business hours) Location: High Q Tower - Jail RoadAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Lead with a strong background in medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, building long-term relationships with U.S.-based healthcare providers, and expanding the company&rsquo;s medical billing portfolio.This role requires a mix of sales expertise and operational understanding of the medical billing lifecycle.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development &amp; Client Acquisition<ul><li>Identify and acquire new clients in the U.S. healthcare market (providers, clinics, group practices)</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and close deals</li><li>Conduct client presentations, sales calls, and negotiations</li></ul>2. Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for client communication and business discussions</li><li>Understand client needs and align services accordingly</li></ul>3. RCM &amp; Medical Billing Expertise<ul><li>Leverage knowledge of end-to-end medical billing processes to pitch services effectively</li><li>Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients</li><li>Provide insights on improving billing workflows and revenue outcomes for clients</li></ul>4. Proposal Development &amp; Deal Closure<ul><li>Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements</li><li>Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closures</li><li>Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targets</li></ul>5. Market Research &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Analyze market trends, competitors, and client requirements</li><li>Identify new opportunities for service expansion</li><li>Contribute to overall business growth strategy</li></ul>6. Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Maintain CRM records and track sales performance</li><li>Provide regular reports on leads, conversions, and revenue</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (billing, operations, compliance)</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of experience in medical billing/RCM with exposure to business development or client handling</li><li>Strong understanding of end-to-end medical billing and claims processes</li><li>Proven experience in client acquisition or sales within healthcare/RCM domain</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work in a target-driven environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare clients</li><li>Familiarity with billing software such as Kareo, eClinicalWorks, or Athena</li><li>Existing network within healthcare providers or billing industry is a plus</li><li>Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
