You care deeply about how things feel, not just how they function.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.</li><li>Lead the development of intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience and usability.</li><li>Architect and maintain frontend application structure, state management, and component libraries for long-term scalability.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product and design to translate requirements and workflows into polished, user-centered solutions.</li><li>Integrate frontend applications with backend Node.js&ndash;based APIs, microservices, and system integrations.</li><li>Contribute to backend development where needed, including API design, data modeling, and integration work.</li><li>Optimize applications for speed, performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li>Improve development workflows through automation, AI-powered tooling, and continuous refinement of engineering processes.</li><li>Write high-quality, well-tested code with comprehensive unit and end-to-end test coverage, and actively participate in code reviews.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong full-stack development experience with an emphasis on frontend engineering using React and Next.js.</li><li>Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design principles.</li><li>Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript ecosystems.</li><li>Adequate backend experience with Node.js, API design, and system integration to operate effectively as a full-stack developer.</li><li>Experience designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable applications.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Vercel and AWS, CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog.</li><li>Strong understanding of state management, component-driven development, and design systems.</li><li>Experience with agent-driven development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).</li><li>Commitment to testing, documentation, and engineering best practices.</li><li>Ability to balance thoughtful architecture with rapid iteration in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience operating at a senior level.</li></ul>Results<ul><li>Deliver polished, production-ready frontend applications that power Acquisition.com&rsquo;s growth.</li><li>Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible user experiences that drive adoption and usability.</li><li>Maintain performant applications that scale without sacrificing reliability.</li><li>Seamlessly integrate frontend systems with backend services and APIs.</li><li>Contribute to a high bar for code quality, testing, and deployment practices.</li><li>Reduce technical debt and improve development velocity through sound engineering decisions and automation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with carriers by delivering reliable, transparent, and results-driven dispatching services.Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our truck dispatching services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a basic understanding of the trucking or logistics industry.
