The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Must have experience in FMCG/Food Service division .Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.</li><li>Ensure proper storage of goods according to company standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system.</li><li>Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and assist with annual physical inventory.</li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory.</li></ul>Warehouse Operations<ul><li>Supervise the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.</li><li>Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored in designated locations.</li><li>Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices where applicable.</li><li>Coordinate timely delivery of materials to internal departments or customers.</li><li>Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and efficient space utilization.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all receipts and issues are supported by approved documents.</li><li>Verify delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, and material requisitions.</li><li>Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and filing systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and audit requirements.</li></ul>Staff Supervision<ul><li>Supervise warehouse assistants, loaders, and storekeepers.</li><li>Assign daily work schedules and monitor employee performance.</li><li>Train staff on warehouse procedures and safety practices.</li><li>Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Health, Safety &amp; Security<ul><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Maintain proper housekeeping standards.</li><li>Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.</li><li>Ensure warehouse security and safeguard company assets.</li></ul>Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance departments.</li><li>Assist in planning deliveries and receiving schedules.</li><li>Resolve warehouse-related operational issues efficiently.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in warehouse or store operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or manufacturing is an advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong inventory management knowledge.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making capability.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
