Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and products. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Must have experience in FMCG/Food Service division .
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper storage of goods according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and assist with annual physical inventory.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and report slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory.
Warehouse Operations
- Supervise the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored in designated locations.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices where applicable.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to internal departments or customers.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and efficient space utilization.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all receipts and issues are supported by approved documents.
- Verify delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, and material requisitions.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and audit requirements.
Staff Supervision
- Supervise warehouse assistants, loaders, and storekeepers.
- Assign daily work schedules and monitor employee performance.
- Train staff on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
- Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
Health, Safety & Security
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards.
- Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
- Ensure warehouse security and safeguard company assets.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance departments.
- Assist in planning deliveries and receiving schedules.
- Resolve warehouse-related operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or store operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or manufacturing is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong inventory management knowledge.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
