Warehouse Manager/Dispatcher

Summary

Hiring experienced person responsible for managing warehouse operations and dispatching goods on time. Ensures correct items are sent, drivers are scheduled efficiently, and loading is well coordinated. Must be computer-literate and experienced in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customer vessels
• Manage and maintain driver and loading schedules to ensure maximum efficiency
• Verify that correct items and quantities are being prepared and shipped
• Coordinate with operations team to meet delivery requirements
• Ensure warehouse layout is efficient and complies with safety and operational standards
• Train and supervise warehouse and dispatch staff
• Maintain accurate records for shipments, deliveries, and warehouse stock
• Operate and maintain warehouse software and systems
• Implement and enforce healthy, safety, environment and compliance protocols

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• warehouse management: 3 years (Required)
