Warehouse Supervisor (Heavy Equipment – Geotechnical Industry)

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Chinese-speaking Warehouse Supervisor with extensive experience in managing stores and inventories for heavy machinery and equipment used in soil improvement, piling, and construction projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in warehouse operations, inventory control, and spare parts management, particularly within the contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and spare parts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and preservation of equipment and parts
• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and periodic stock checks
• Ensure warehouse practices comply with health, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Supervise storekeepers, drivers, and warehouse helpers as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing logistics, documentation, and related reporting

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in warehouse and store management, preferably in contracting or heavy equipment industries
• Solid background working with construction machinery, spare parts, and site logistics
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (data entry, reporting, and inventory tracking)
• Good knowledge of spare parts names, categories, and specifications relevant to heavy equipment (cranes, piling rigs, excavators, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven leadership and team supervision capabilities
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory software systems is a plus
• Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
