All roles are paid, ensuring your valuable contributions are recognized from day one.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula tailored to early childhood education standards, including Montessori methods where applicable</li><li>Design interactive lesson plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills</li><li>Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to create a safe and supportive learning environment</li><li>Engage with children through play-based activities that support childhood development and early intervention strategies</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches for diverse learning needs, including special education and toddler care</li><li>Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to evaluate student growth and inform instruction</li><li>Maintain detailed records of student activities, progress reports, and classroom management logs</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to early childhood education</li><li>Experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers</li><li>Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention techniques</li><li>Proficiency in classroom management and behavior management strategies to foster a positive learning environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members effectively</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles, including Montessori methodologies and preschool experience</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners using differentiated instruction</li><li>Experience with standardized testing, tutoring, and teaching physical education activities</li><li>Understanding of child welfare practices, daycare operations, and private school environments</li></ul>Join us in shaping the minds of tomorrow!
