Title: Front Desk Agent/ConciergeLocation: OnsiteFLSA: Non-ExemptStatus: VariableSchedule: Second Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)Pay Range: Starting at $17.00/hrReports To: Manager on Duty (MOD), Front Office ManagerResponsibilities:&middot; Greet incoming guests with a friendly, sincere smile and positive, clear speaking voice&middot; Assist guests with check in/check outs through input and retrieving of guest information using Property Management System (PMS)&middot; Answer all incoming calls with a clear, friendly and professional tone using standard hotel greetings. Properly route department calls.&middot; Handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned cash drawer. Accept and record credit cards, gift certificates, and other forms of payment. Perform accurate, moderately complex arithmetic functions using a calculator. Post charges to guest rooms and house accounts.&middot; Inform guests about directions, parking information and any other information required for the successful check-in process.&middot; Answer guest inquiries, questions, and concerns regarding the resort, amenities, and local area, providing assistance or redirecting internally as needed&middot; Clear all guest service calls with proper department, contacting guest upon completion to ensure their satisfaction.&middot; Field guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop the most effective solution and resolve complications.&middot; Keep front and back office areas cleanOther Duties:This job description is not designed to be an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, and activities required of the candidate for this position.
