(close to Princeton) is a seeking a qualified professional to join our patient-oriented team.PSFM is a well-established clinic that provides exceptional care to patients. PSFM focuses on diagnosing and treating patients in a kind, compassionate, care-centered, outpatient environment in a private clinic setting.*** Great starting position for a new college grad or with 1-2 years of experience.Immediate Need Full Time / Non-Exempt approximately 35-40 hours/weekWHY PSFM?We stive to provide a concierge patient care experience, and we are fantastic at doing it!We also offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation &ndash; $18.00 to $19.50/hour depending on experience</li><li>$500 Hiring Bonus payable after 120 days of continued employment</li><li>Health Benefits &ndash; Medical / Dental / Vision</li><li>401K with a generous 4% company match</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) &amp; Sick Time Bank</li><li>Fantastic Growth potential</li><li>Stocked snacks, quarterly contests, weekly Lunch &amp; Learn sessions, and much more!!!</li></ul>Job Summary:<ul><li>Works directly for the Practice Care Director and Practice Care Specialist as part of a coordinated team to improve patient care and support practice management, as needed.</li></ul>Job Tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative support to Practice Care Director and Practice Care Specialist in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the practice</li><li>Maintain providers&rsquo; schedule and coordinate provider follow-up appointments</li><li>Execute patient outreach calls to ensure patient preventative services are achieved, i.e Annual Physicals, Medicare Wellness Visits, Visit Programs, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with partner payers to achieve mutually defined quality, health, and costs of care goals with Value -Base Programs (Horizon, AmeriHealth, MIPS, etc.)</li><li>Assist in developing patient education materials</li><li>Maintain accurate records related to clinical performance metrics</li><li>Maintain strictest confidentiality while adhering to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations</li></ul>Skills / Experience:<ul><li>Knowledge of medical terminology would be a huge asset.</li><li>Knowledge of eClinicalWorks or other EMR system is a plus.</li><li>Must be able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.</li><li>Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to communicate effectively.</li><li>Must have a strong work ethic and willing to learn new things</li><li>Must have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Should be very comfortable with technology.</li></ul>Education:College Degree &ndash; Health Informatics / Health Care Management/ Public HealthAdditional Health Sciences, Technology, Computer Sciences, other Technology Management Courses or Training, a plus.To apply, please send a Resume/CV through this job listing platform oremail to medicalpositionsnj@gmail.com.For more information on PSFM please visit us at www.princetonmedicine.comPrinceton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C is an equal opportunity employer.Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Gym membership</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
