We are committed to innovation, sustainability, and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.Role Summary: Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will support a broad range of legal, contractual, compliance, and intellectual property matters, with additional involvement in transactions and investment-related matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, including time spent in a law firm. Experience or exposure to patent-related work will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: &bull;	Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and other legal agreements. &bull;	Provide legal support across business units, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA regulations, and other statutory requirements. &bull;	Assist in the management of intellectual property matters, particularly patent filings, renewals, and portfolio tracking, in coordination with external IP counsel. &bull;	Draft and review transaction documents including Shareholders&rsquo; Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Investment Agreements, and related documentation. &bull;	Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on commercial, regulatory, and IP-related issues. &bull;	Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as required. &bull;	Support in dispute resolution, litigation management, and regulatory filings, in coordination with Legal Executive. &bull;	Contribute to internal policy development, compliance training, and risk management initiatives. Advise management on corporate governance best practices.Requirements: &bull;	Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution. &bull;	Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year in a reputable law firm. &bull;	Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and compliance laws. &bull;	Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. &bull;	Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. &bull;	High level of professional ethics, integrity, and attention to detail.Preferred Attributes: &bull;	Master&rsquo;s degree (LL.M.) &bull;	Prior in-house legal experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or agri-input sector. &bull;	Exposure to cross-border transactions, patent related work, technology licensing, or regulatory matters.
