The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, cost-effective, and smooth travel experiences while maintaining compliance with company policies and international travel regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas</li><li>Coordinate itineraries for employees, executives, and visiting partners</li><li>Monitor travel schedules and provide real-time support for changes, delays, or cancellations</li><li>Negotiate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and services</li><li>Ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, insurance) are valid and up to date</li><li>Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and reports</li><li>Assist in developing and enforcing company travel policies</li><li>Provide 24/7 travel support when required for urgent issues or emergencies</li><li>Liaise with finance teams for travel expense reconciliation and budgeting</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field</li><li>Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Agent, or similar role (2&ndash;4 years preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of global travel systems and booking platforms (e.g., GDS such as Amadeus or Sabre)</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software</li><li>Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience handling corporate or executive travel</li><li>Knowledge of Qatar and GCC travel regulations</li><li>Customer service excellence and problem-solving mindset</li></ul>Work LocationDoha, QatarAbout Pristina-Impressive LLCPristina-Impressive LLC is a dynamic and growing organization committed to delivering high-quality services across multiple sectors.
