Position Summary

Pristina-Impressive LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Travel Coordinator to manage and coordinate all travel arrangements for employees, executives, and business partners. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, cost-effective, and smooth travel experiences while maintaining compliance with company policies and international travel regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas
  • Coordinate itineraries for employees, executives, and visiting partners
  • Monitor travel schedules and provide real-time support for changes, delays, or cancellations
  • Negotiate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and services
  • Ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, insurance) are valid and up to date
  • Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and reports
  • Assist in developing and enforcing company travel policies
  • Provide 24/7 travel support when required for urgent issues or emergencies
  • Liaise with finance teams for travel expense reconciliation and budgeting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Agent, or similar role (2–4 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of global travel systems and booking platforms (e.g., GDS such as Amadeus or Sabre)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling corporate or executive travel
  • Knowledge of Qatar and GCC travel regulations
  • Customer service excellence and problem-solving mindset
