OverviewWe are seeking a highly capable, proactive Family Assistant to support our household across three key areas: child development, household organization, and day-to-day home support.This is not a traditional nanny role. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can contribute across all areas&mdash;helping our two bright children (ages 5 and 6) grow and learn at an accelerated pace, while also keeping the home organized and running smoothly.Key Responsibilities1. Accelerated Learning &amp; Child Development<ul><li>Work with two highly capable children (ages 5 and 6) in a focused, structured environment</li><li>Reinforce and extend learning beyond grade level (reading, writing, math, problem-solving)</li><li>Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and strong learning habits</li><li>Help maintain routines, focus, and discipline</li><li>Engage in thoughtful, development-focused activities (not just passive play)</li></ul>2. Household Organization<ul><li>Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and functional home environment</li><li>Create and uphold systems for organization (toys, clothing, school materials, shared spaces)</li><li>Keep children&rsquo;s rooms organized and clutter-free</li><li>Proactively identify and address disorganization</li><li>Help teach and reinforce organization habits with the children</li><li>Ensure everything in the home has a place and stays in order</li></ul>3. Household Support<ul><li>Laundry (wash, fold, and put away in an organized manner)</li><li>Light housekeeping and daily tidying</li><li>Meal prep (simple, healthy meals and snacks)</li><li>Run errands (groceries, returns, general household needs)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with young children (nanny, tutor, teacher, or similar)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to support or teach above grade-level early academics</li><li>Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through</li><li>Comfortable multitasking across childcare and household responsibilities</li><li>Reliable transportation (preferred)</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Enjoys working with bright, fast-learning children</li><li>Naturally organized and takes pride in maintaining order</li><li>Takes ownership without needing constant direction</li><li>Brings both warmth and structure into the home</li><li>Functions as a true &ldquo;right hand&rdquo; to the family</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Flexible (part-time or full-time depending on fit)</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person

Part-Time Infant Nanny (Long-Term) &ndash; 2&ndash;3 Days/WeekWe are seeking a warm, experienced nanny to care for our 4-month-old baby in a part-time, long-term role. Our goal is to find someone who enjoys working with infants and would love to grow with our family as our baby develops.We are a friendly, organized household that enjoys getting outside for walks and creating a calm, predictable routine for our baby.Schedule<ul><li>2&ndash;3 days per week</li><li>Preferred schedule: Tuesday &amp; Thursday OR Wednesday &amp; Friday, plus one additional flexible weekday</li><li>Typical daytime hours (exact timing can be discussed)</li><li>Schedule is generally consistent; occasional flexibility appreciated</li></ul>Child<ul><li>One infant (currently 4 months old)</li></ul>Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Loving, attentive infant care</li><li>Following feeding, nap, and play routines</li><li>Age-appropriate developmental activities</li><li>Supporting milestones as baby grows, including the introduction of solid foods</li><li>Daily stroller walk with baby and our friendly 6-year-old doodle</li><li>Baby-related household tasks (washing bottles, baby laundry, tidying nursery/play areas)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Significant infant experience (newborn&ndash;12 months preferred)</li><li>Current CPR certification required</li><li>Experience with infant developmental stages and introducing solids</li><li>Comfortable with dogs and willing to take our doodle on a daily walk</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Non-smoker</li><li>Strong references from previous childcare positions</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications<ul><li>Medical background such as nursing, EMT, or other healthcare experience</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Position Details<ul><li>$28&ndash;$35/hour depending on experience</li><li>Paid legally through payroll (W-2)</li><li>Part-time position with the potential for longevity as our baby grows</li><li>Supportive, respectful family environment</li></ul>Our Ideal Nanny We value someone who is warm, proactive, dependable, and enjoys getting outside with babies and dogs.
