We work closely with distributors, salons, and stylists worldwide, and our digital presence plays a central role in how we grow, connect, and convert.We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media Ambassador &amp; Digital Community Manager to fully own and energize our online presence &mdash; someone who knows how to feed the social media monster, build relationships, and turn engagement into growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media &amp; Brand Presence<ul><li>Manage and grow ProAddiction&rsquo;s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)</li><li>Proactively source content from:</li><li>Distributors</li><li>Stylists</li><li>Ambassadors &amp; followers</li><li>Initiate and manage collaborations with followers, creators, and professionals</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice and premium aesthetic across all platforms</li></ul>Paid Ads &amp; Campaigns<ul><li>Plan, launch, and manage paid social media ads</li><li>Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions</li><li>Track performance, analyze results, and adjust strategy accordingly</li><li>Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns</li></ul>Community Management<ul><li>Actively engage with followers (comments, reactions, story replies)</li><li>Respond to DMs in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner</li><li>Build relationships with the community and strengthen brand loyalty</li></ul>Distributor &amp; Content Follow-Up<ul><li>Follow up with distributors for:</li><li>Content</li><li>Images</li><li>Videos</li><li>Campaign participation</li><li>Coordinate content sharing and reposting with global partners</li><li>Ensure consistent flow of fresh, authentic professional content</li></ul>Customer Service &amp; Website Support<ul><li>Respond to customer service emails professionally and efficiently</li><li>Manage website inquiries and contact form messages</li><li>Route technical or complex issues to the relevant internal teams</li><li>Maintain a positive, solution-oriented customer experience</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Proven experience managing social media for a brand (beauty industry a strong plus)</li><li>Hands-on experience with paid social media ads</li><li>Strong communication and people skills</li><li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple channels and priorities</li><li>Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership</li><li>Creative mindset with a strong understanding of trends and digital culture</li><li>Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)</li></ul>Pay: $1,500.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
