We believe in educating homeowners, setting clear expectations, and delivering high-quality work &mdash; not high-pressure sales.Position SummaryThe Sales &amp; Project Coordinator owns the entire homeowner experience for larger plumbing projects, from the first in-home consultation through project completion.This is not a commission-only sales role. You&rsquo;ll work alongside a journeyman plumber during in-home consultations to assess project needs, explain the repipe process, and help homeowners confidently understand their options.
