About Us

PEX Plumbing and Repiping is a growing plumbing company specializing in full-home repipes and major plumbing upgrades throughout the greater Portland/Vancouver area. Our approach is consultative, transparent, and customer-focused. We believe in educating homeowners, setting clear expectations, and delivering high-quality work — not high-pressure sales.

Position Summary

The Sales & Project Coordinator owns the entire homeowner experience for larger plumbing projects, from the first in-home consultation through project completion.

This is not a commission-only sales role. You’ll work alongside a journeyman plumber during in-home consultations to assess project needs, explain the repipe process, and help homeowners confidently understand their options. Once a job is sold, you’ll transition into coordinating project logistics and serving as the primary point of contact through completion.

This combined role reduces handoff issues, improves communication, and creates a smoother experience for customers and our internal team.
