About the Role
We&rsquo;re seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 1 - 3 years of hands-on marketing experience to support our fast-growing startup. This role is ideal for someone beyond entry-level who has worked in a marketing environment and is eager to take on ownership of campaigns, social media, and content marketing. You&rsquo;ll work closely with leadership to execute initiatives and help build scalable marketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign &amp; Channel Execution<ul><li>
Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns</li><li>
Manage creative assets, landing pages, tracking links, and reporting dashboards</li><li>
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and optimized for performance</li></ul>
Content &amp; Website Management<ul><li>
Maintain and update content using CMS tools</li><li>
Coordinate content from concept to syndication</li><li>
Support brand voice consistency and implement SEO/GEO best practices</li></ul>
Social Media Coordination<ul><li>
Manage posting schedules and help produce social content</li><li>
Engage with audiences and respond to comments</li><li>
Coordinate creative process with internal teams</li></ul>
Email &amp; SMS Support<ul><li>
Build and schedule lifecycle campaigns</li><li>
Maintain data cleanliness (list uploads, tagging, segmentation)</li><li>
Monitor basic performance metrics</li></ul>
Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Pull weekly analytics across Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM, and social media</li><li>
Support tracking improvements (UTMs, tagging, dashboards)</li><li>
Monitor affiliate metrics and trends</li></ul>
Operations &amp; Project Support<ul><li>
Track projects to ensure timely, high-quality output</li><li>
Maintain calendars, campaign trackers, and asset libraries</li><li>
Conduct competitive research and gather market intelligence</li><li>
Support occasional events, partnerships, and community initiatives</li><li>
Provide administrative support to the marketing team</li></ul>

Requirements:
