Brand Management<ul><li>Maintain consistent brand identity across trucks, uniforms, website, and marketing materials.</li><li>Ensure company information is up-to-date on Google Business Profile, directories, and social platforms.</li><li>Develop campaigns to strengthen brand awareness in the local community.</li></ul>3. Community Engagement<ul><li>Represent the company at local events (home shows, fairs, farmers markets).</li><li>Build partnerships with local realtors, builders, property managers, and other businesses for referrals.</li><li>Organize and manage local promotions, contests, or sponsorships to generate leads.</li></ul>4. Social Media &amp; Content Marketing<ul><li>Manage posting schedule across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor).</li><li>Create engaging content: before/after project photos, tips, team highlights, and customer testimonials.</li><li>Send newsletters, promotions, or email campaigns to maintain customer engagement.</li></ul>5. Customer Reputation &amp; Reviews<ul><li>Monitor online reviews and respond professionally to both positive and negative feedback.</li><li>Develop strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews.</li><li>Track reputation metrics and work to improve overall company rating.</li></ul>6.
