1. Lead Generation & Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and monitor all online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local Services Ads).
  • Track key metrics: cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend.
  • Adjust campaigns to optimize leads and booked jobs.
  • Coordinate offline advertising efforts (flyers, yard signs, local sponsorships).

2. Brand Management

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across trucks, uniforms, website, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure company information is up-to-date on Google Business Profile, directories, and social platforms.
  • Develop campaigns to strengthen brand awareness in the local community.

3. Community Engagement

  • Represent the company at local events (home shows, fairs, farmers markets).
  • Build partnerships with local realtors, builders, property managers, and other businesses for referrals.
  • Organize and manage local promotions, contests, or sponsorships to generate leads.

4. Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Manage posting schedule across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor).
  • Create engaging content: before/after project photos, tips, team highlights, and customer testimonials.
  • Send newsletters, promotions, or email campaigns to maintain customer engagement.

5. Customer Reputation & Reviews

  • Monitor online reviews and respond professionally to both positive and negative feedback.
  • Develop strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews.
  • Track reputation metrics and work to improve overall company rating.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance.
  • Analyze data to measure lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Recommend adjustments to marketing strategy based on analytics.

7. Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage marketing budget and track expenditures.
  • Ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives while maximizing lead generation.
  • Evaluate vendors and marketing tools for efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
