We are hiring for multiple driving positions, including Front Load Driver, Roll-Off Driver, Local Semi Driver, and Hook Truck Driver.This is a full-time opportunity for dependable drivers who take pride in safe driving, reliable attendance, and professional customer service.Available PositionsWe are currently accepting applications for the following positions:<ul><li>Front Load Driver</li><li>Roll-Off Driver</li><li>Local Semi Driver</li><li>Hook Truck Driver</li></ul>ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may vary by position, but may include:<ul><li>Safely operate commercial vehicles in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations</li><li>Perform local routes and transportation work as assigned</li><li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections</li><li>Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or equipment problems promptly</li><li>Follow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions</li><li>Provide professional and courteous service to customers, vendors, and coworkers</li><li>Maintain accurate route, service, and vehicle records as required</li><li>Follow all safety procedures while operating vehicles and equipment</li><li>Work as part of a team with dispatch, fleet, operations, and management</li><li>Assist with other related duties as needed</li></ul>QualificationsQualified candidates should have:<ul><li>Valid CDL</li><li>Good driving record</li><li>Ability to pass a DOT physical</li><li>Ability to pass a drug test</li><li>Ability to pass a background check</li><li>Strong safety mindset</li><li>Dependable attendance and punctuality</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Professional attitude when working with customers and coworkers</li><li>Prior commercial driving experience preferred</li><li>Waste, roll-off, front load, tractor-trailer, or hook truck experience is a plus</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Local work</li><li>Home daily</li><li>Schedule may vary by position</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Pay based on position and experience</li></ul>BenefitsBenefits may include:<ul><li>Health benefits</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Vacation time</li></ul>Equal Opportunity EmployerBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
