Pro Waste Services Inc., located in Erie, PA, is seeking qualified full-time CDL Drivers due to current and future company growth. We are hiring for multiple driving positions, including Front Load Driver, Roll-Off Driver, Local Semi Driver, and Hook Truck Driver.

This is a full-time opportunity for dependable drivers who take pride in safe driving, reliable attendance, and professional customer service.

Available Positions

• Front Load Driver
• Roll-Off Driver
• Local Semi Driver
• Hook Truck Driver

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary by position, but may include:

• Safely operate commercial vehicles in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations
• Perform local routes and transportation work as assigned
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or equipment problems promptly
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers, vendors, and coworkers
• Maintain accurate route, service, and vehicle records as required
• Follow all safety procedures while operating vehicles and equipment
• Work as part of a team with dispatch, fleet, operations, and management
• Assist with other related duties as needed

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have:

• Valid CDL
• Good driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong safety mindset
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude when working with customers and coworkers
• Prior commercial driving experience preferred
• Waste, roll-off, front load, tractor-trailer, or hook truck experience is a plus
