The Office Administrator is a full-time (40 hours per week) employee of Problem Gambling Network of Ohio (PGNO) reporting to the Operations &amp; Finance Manager. The Office Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, providing professional reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role is primarily responsible for managing incoming communications, coordinating schedules, and maintaining an organized and welcoming front office environment.Location: Columbus, OHResponsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming front desk</li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage calendars</li><li>Coordinate meeting spaces and assist with basic meeting logistics Provide general administrative support as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills</li><li>Basic proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office or similar)</li></ul>Disclaimer:The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work.
