Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Mobile Application Business Analyst (Mid-Level) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled technical researcher and problem-solver, with a strong ability to identify, analyze, and deliver actionable insights to enhance our mobile app projects. This role requires a proactive approach to uncovering market trends, identifying user needs, and working closely with technical and business teams to drive app success.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct in-depth technical research to identify trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the mobile app industry.</li><li>Gather and analyze business requirements for mobile applications by engaging with stakeholders, developers, and users.</li><li>Identify gaps, propose solutions, and develop detailed documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and process flows.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.</li><li>Monitor app performance and user feedback to recommend improvements and enhancements.</li><li>Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure clear communication and project success.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile applications or software development.</li><li>Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.</li><li>Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with wireframing tools like Figma, Axure, or Balsamiq.</li><li>Knowledge of mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android), app store guidelines, and market trends.</li><li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Technical background or familiarity with mobile development processes is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:A forward-thinking and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Business Analyst (Mob Apps)

UI/UX Designer Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.Design and deliver user flows, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.Ensure the design meets both technical and business requirements while maintaining a seamless and intuitive user experience.Collaborate with the development team to implement design elements and provide support during the development process.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product design current and competitive.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.Work with the marketing team to create visually appealing promotional materials.Requirements:Proven 4-5 experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.Portfolio of design projects showcasing strong visual and interaction design skills.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, or related field is preferred.
